RezBoost ™ is a revolutionary new technology for signal processing developed by Furuno that improves separation and the echo resolution, when using the conventional narrow-band transducers. With RezBoost ™, not only you can expect a higher resolution and sharper images, but also the improvement in the ACCU-FISH ™ feature.

RezBoost ™ with the capabilities of a conventional narrow-band transducers can be greatly enhanced. Compared to the conventional signal processing techniques (DFF), a fish finder with RezBoost ™ produces an image that is up to 8 times more clear. What can be done with a conventional narrow-band transducer, just like what you might have installed on your hull, it is truly impressive.

With RezBoost ™ technology, the resolution is increased, leading to clearer and defined echoes. Thanks to this increase in resolution, the precision of the ACCU-FISH ™ feature is also improved. ACCU-FISH ™ is very useful to determine the size of the fish, but also has the advantage of making the echoes of the fish more visible when viewed from a distance.

ACCU-FISH ™ is a function of the rated size of the fish that is to FCV628 FURUNO properties. The Marker fish are selectable from either a circle or a square, with two fish symbols. The fish symbol, displayed in two different sizes (Large: over 50 cm, Small: 10 to 49 cm), are of great help to fishermen in identifying individual fish. The circle and square symbols identify individual fish without hiding the echo.

Of the FCV628 bottom discrimination function allows the fishfinder to indicate whether the fund is mainly composed of rocks, gravel, sand or mud. The bottom discrimination feature provides valuable information that helps locate rich fishing grounds, and increase the catch of the day. White Line distinguishes fish from the seabed. RezBoost:

πολύ πιο καθαρές εικόνες ώστε να διακρίνουμε καλύτερα τα ψάρια ειδικά όταν είναι σε κοπάδια. Παρέχει εικόνες εως οκτώ (8) φορές πιο ευκρινείς.

Post-Processing Gain Control:
Με τα συμβατικά βυθόμετρα, αλλαγές στο Gain γίνονται μόνο για νέες ηχώ. Με το Post-Processing Gain Control του FCV628, η αλλαγή στη ρύθμιση του Gain εφαρμόζεται  τόσο στη νέα ηχώ, καθώς και σε  όλες τις αντηχήσεις που υπάρχουν ήδη στην οθόνη. Επειδή οι αλλαγές εφαρμόζονται σε νέες και υπάρχουσες αποδόσεις, θα είστε σε θέση να βρείτε εύκολα και γρήγορα τη σωστή ρύθμιση Gain για τις δεδομένες  συνθήκες.
BDS ( Λειτουργία Διάκρισης Βυθού):
Το FCV628 δείχνει αν ο Βυθός που εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη  αποτελείται κυρίως από πέτρες, άμμο, χαλίκι και λάσπη, παρέχοντας πολύτιμες πληροφορίες για να σας βοηθήσει να εντοπίσετε τον πλούσιο ψαρότοπο και να αυξήσει τα αλιεύματα της ημέρας.
Accu-Fish:
Το Accu-Fish επιτρέπει στο  FCV628  να εμφανίζει το πραγματικό μέγεθος των ψαριών στην οθόνη. Όταν χρησιμοποιείται ταυτόχρονα με σύμβολα  Ψαριών , το Accu-Fish  είναι μια μεγάλη βοήθεια στην αναγνώριση  των στόχων (ψαριών) στην οθόνη. Εναλλακτικά, το Accu-Fish μπορεί να εμφανίσει το πραγματικό βάθος του στόχου (ψάρια) αντί του μεγέθους των ψαριών.
Furuno Digital Filter (FDF):
